As a GC, Ken guided his companies through matters including IPOs, acquisition and disposition transactions, complex litigation, data privacy and cybersecurity matters, and developing intellectual property portfolios.  As an Executive Advisor at Wilson Sonsini, he focuses on clients that are ready to take it to the next phase of their business journey.

She is also currently a Non-Executive Director at the Scottish National Investment Bank, sits on the Advisory Board of Scottish Equity Partners, and acts as a non-executive director on early stage company boards.
